This policy explains how Noetic Analytics LLC ("Noetic", "we") handles information collected through noeticanalytics.net. It covers this marketing website and its private stakeholder preview only. It does not govern client matter data processed through our products or services.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form, we collect:

When you visit, our hosting and security providers process technical information needed to serve and protect the site, including your IP address and browser or request information. Turnstile checks can run before you submit a form. Fonts are hosted with this website; your browser does not contact Google Fonts to load them.

The website code does not include advertising pixels or audience analytics scripts. Security and authentication services may use cookies or similar technologies. The private stakeholder preview uses Cloudflare Access to process your sign-in email, authentication events, and session information.

Please do not send confidential matter information. These forms are for product inquiries and are delivered to our team by email. Do not include privileged material, client-identifying details, or matter documents. Contact us to arrange an appropriate method for sharing sensitive information.

Why we collect it

We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss the relevant product or service, and arrange a demonstration. We use technical information to operate and protect the website, limit abusive submissions, and diagnose delivery problems. Access information is used to restrict the private preview to approved reviewers.

We use inquiries only to respond and for related sales follow-up. We do not add inquiry details to marketing lists or use CRM or AI tools to process them. You can ask us to stop sales follow-up at any time by replying to our email or contacting the address below.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, our interests in responding to business inquiries, operating this website, and preventing abuse are the basis for these uses. Where an inquiry involves steps you ask us to take before entering a contract with you, processing may instead be necessary for those steps. We may also process information to meet applicable legal obligations.

Who processes it

The current website uses the following providers:

Turnstile processes browser and connection signals for bot detection. Cloudflare also describes using those signals to improve its detection capabilities in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. See also Twilio’s privacy notice and Microsoft’s privacy statement.

How long we keep it

Emails received through our website are routed to our Web Enquiries folder, which has an automatic deletion policy of one year from receipt. This period applies to messages in that folder; it is not a promise that every copy held by an email or security provider is permanently erased at that time.

Our rate-limit database stores a hashed IP address or network identifier, submission counts, and expiry times. It does not store the inquiry message. Counters use one-hour and one-day windows. Expired records are removed when subsequent eligible submissions run the cleanup process; window expiry does not guarantee immediate deletion.

Security logs, email delivery records, recoverable items, and backups have separate retention arrangements under the relevant services. The one-year inquiry-folder policy does not set their retention periods. Contact us for information about retention of a particular record or to request deletion.

International visitors

Noetic Analytics LLC is based in the United States and welcomes inquiries from other countries. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your information, including any transfer safeguards required by applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email info@noeticanalytics.net. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need information to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Where applicable, you may also withdraw consent for processing based on consent, complain to your local data protection authority, or appeal our response to a privacy request by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. You can submit a privacy request even if you have never used our products.

Security

We use HTTPS to protect information in transit to this website, keep email-service credentials on the server, and use bot checks and submission limits to help prevent abuse. Inquiry notifications are delivered by email. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will be noted here.
